
Adult KickboxingEast Side Tae Kwon Do’s kickboxing classes are different from those found in a gym because they are taught by martial arts experts. Participants learn the proper, safe way to do techniques so there are none of the repetitive stress injuries so common in gym environments. All kickboxing classes are an hour long. They are intensely cardio, but also include proper stretching (to minimize the risk of injury and post-workout soreness) and body toning moves. The benefits of kickboxing are many, including:
